Haley is a therapist with over 12 years experience in the youth sector, she loves working with clients who are keen to really delve into their challenges and explore all their options for a forfilling life journey.
Haley is particularly passionate about working with children and young people to navigate issues such as grief and loss, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, online victimisation, trauma, self-esteem, confidence and adjustment difficulties. In order to enable them to develop the strength and tools to live their lives to the fullest extent possible.
Haley also works with the families of young people in order to enhance the relationships which are essential for a healthy support system everyone needs to thrive.
Haley can work with children and young people in a way that benfits them, whether that is in their home, at a cafe or on a walk. No need for a clinical drs office that often intimidates children and young people. Not to mention the wait times in reception if anxiety and depression are involved.
Haley utilises a person-centred approach in her work as a therapists with down-to-earth warmth and authenticity at the forefront. In some sessions Haley may utilise creative approaches when appropriate and desired by the client such as art, music and play therapy.
Haley wants to help her clients feel supported, while providing a non rigid, non clinical style of therapy.
